Resistance training is great for your health!
Kettlebell training incorporates cardiovascular as well as resistance (weighted) training that addresses both elements at the same time.

Classes for Beginners focus on the lifting mechanics and safety protocols. Once you have established a solid foundation, you will be invited to the Advanced class which will allow for more complex and challenging movement skills and combinations that you can work on at your own pace.
