Your stamina and strength will improve as will your mobility and agility. You will do things that you never thought you could and you will be part of a supportive tribe of Crazy Monkeys. The program is specifically designed for the regular person who wants to have fun, learn a new skill, meet new friends and thrive in a community of everyday people.
